Methodist School, Dankuni organised an Inter-House Paper Presentation Competition, 'Shares and Stocks: Block by Blocks' on Tuesday, 11th of November, 2025. In the age where financial literacy is becoming increasingly important, understanding the world of share trading is essential for everyone. We were graced by the presence of Mr. Alok Mukherjee, retired Professor, Panihati Mahavidyalaya, M.COM, CWA as judge for the event.  We are thankful to Dr. Anindita Basu Chowdhury, Associate Professor of Economics & HOD, Dept. of Economics, Panihati Mahavidyalaya Sodepur for evaluating the research paper of our students. Tagore House emerged as winners of the competition. The topic of their presentation was ' Top Trading Platforms and their Mechanisms'. The participants brilliantly unfurled the dynamic world of trading by highlighting the functional mechanism of Groww, Zerodha, Angel One and Upstox.
